WHY YOUR SKIN NEEDS IT
Dry brushing is a natural way to detox the body. This brush is designed to lightly exfoliate, remove dead skin, smooth the appearance of cellulite, energize skin, and unclog pores. Resulting in glowing and smooth skin.
This is a brush with naturally soft boar bristles and side hand strap. It is perfect for exfoliating treatments or personal use. May be used wet or dry.
The practice of dry brushing helps sweep away dead skin cells, stimulate circulation, eliminate toxins, reduce ingrown hairs and the appearance of cellulite and leaves the skin glowing. Proper dry brushing techniques start in small circles at the feet and work up to the neck and are followed by a shower or bath to wash away impurities released by the process.
ROUTINE
Prior to a shower or bath, brush dry skin in light upward strokes from ankles to hips and from wrists to shoulders. Brush torso and belly in very gentle circular motions. If you experience tightness or an uncomfortable feeling in the belly area, please refrain from brushing.

CARE
Wash brush every two to three weeks, and hang to dry. May also use wet with body wash in the shower.

What's the deal with dry brushing?

How often should I dry brush?
It's recommended to dry brush 1-2 times a week. If you have sensitive ski, reduce dry brushing to once every couple of weeks.
Can I dry brush my face?
You absolutely can! Face dry brushing should be followed after cleansing to exfoliate and boost circulation as well as lymphatic drainage. Resulting in depuff and defining the face, leaving for a smoother and softer surface.
